Dictation Instructions
- Dial 402.955.4030
- Enter your User ID followed by the #
sign.
- Enter the Work Type followed by the #
sign.
- Enter the 11-digit Account # or
DOB followed by the # sign.
- Begin dictating after the tone.
- When finished press 7 to disconnect
or press 4 to begin a new
dictation.
