If the patient is uninsured or if we are not provided with adequate billing information, including any required managed care authorizations or referrals, the parent/responsible party is responsible for payment of the total bill.
Any payment arrangements, other than payment in full, must be approved by Patient Accounts in order to keep your account from being considered past due.
If you have insurance coverage, please contact us immediately, or go to "Update My Insurance" to provide us with your current insurance information. Most insurance companies have timely filing requirements. In order to promptly bill your insurance, we need your information as soon as possible.
