Education classes
For all HEROES participants ages 10 years and up and their parents.
Monday, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Exercise Group
Mondays and Thursdays
5 to 8 years old: 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
9-12 year old: 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
13 years and up: 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Goal group
For all HEROES participants ages 13 years and up.
Third Monday of every month, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
