Samantha Binning. Born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), or brittle bone disease. Children's Hospital and Medical Center Omaha NebraskaThe Orthopedics Team at Children's Hospital & Medical Center is the largest and most comprehensive group in the region specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic conditions in infants, toddlers, school-age children, adolescents and teens. Having doctors with experience and training in treating pediatric orthopedic conditions is critical to the healing and health of your child. Because your child is still growing, the treatment of fractures or other orthopedic-related conditions requires certain considerations and customized treatments to ensure continued growth and a successful outcome free of long-term problems.

The Children's orthopedics group combines the experience of four surgeons, each with specialized fellowship training in pediatric orthopaedics. We provide treatment of both congenital and acquired orthopedic conditions, many of which are uncommon or unique to children. Because we are dedicated to treating solely children, we have more experience and knowledge in treating these conditions than most orthopedic physicians. The pediatric orthopedic physicians at Children's are dedicated to helping your child thrive and reach his or her greatest potential in a healing and family-centered environment.
