Patient & Family Advocacy

As a parent or caregiver, you are your child’s best advocate. At Children’s we value your voice and consider you a key part of your child’s care team. Here are some ways you can be an active advocate for your loved ones.

Family Voice Online Community

Family Voice is a virtual community where families using our services can volunteer their opinions through a secure online platform a few times a month. Families can participate 24/7, when it is convenient to them. Topics explored by the community could include how families want to receive healthcare for their children, their perceptions of our digital tools such as Children’s Connect or Children’s Go, and trending healthcare issues that impact kids, to name a few.

Children’s seeks advice and input from families through staff-designed surveys. The Family Voice online community is a great way for families with time constraints to give back to Children’s.
