The Carolyn Scott Rainbow House located at 7825 Farnam Drive in Omaha is a 56-room guest house for out-of-town families who are coming to Children’s Hospital & Medical Center from more than 60 miles outside of Omaha.
“We felt a camaraderie with the other parents at the Rainbow House. The staff was wonderful, too. They became like family over the months we were there, always making sure we had what we needed. We’re continually thankful for the Rainbow House. It makes such a huge difference for families traveling from far away and dealing with the stress of their sick children.”
—Wendy Larson, mother of an adorable kid named Katelyn, who received a heart transplant as an infant
